This is a beautiful and unique decorative wood and ornate steel replica of the naval/pirate blunderbuss dragon flintlock rifle. Blunderbuss dragon flintlock rifles are like modern day shotguns. They were primarily used onn boarding a ship, or in close range. They can be loaded with shot, nails, glass, or any other material with the potential of causing severe and devastating harm to the target. Original blunderbuss dragon rifles produce tremendous kickback force so that it was normally held against hip of the firearm.This rifle is for decoration purpose only and can NOT be fired, and it can NOT be converted to a real gun. The rifle is measured at 28.5" long. It was originally designed to be a lighter in addition to its decorative purpose, but the gas container portion was removed due to import restrictions.
